Project Manager (Global Delivery Center), Pune, India

As a Project Manager in the Global Delivery Center at Indus Foundry, you will be based out of Pune, India. You will work with members of the Software Development Group to architect, develop and maintain various software projects undertaken by the Global Services Group.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and architect software projects
• Lead Software Development group teams to implement the software projects
• Ensure design and code reviews are performed and ensure code reusability
• Work with other members of the Global Services Group to develop and share best practices

Desired Profile Minimum of 5 years of experience architecting and managing various solutions using Microsoft Technologies

• Experience managing teams of more than 10 programmers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent software design skills
• Excellent knowledge of .NET, SQL, ADO.NET, VB, C#, XML, and XSL
• Experience using J2EE, EJB, Java, COM, DCOM, ASP and Visual Basic preferred<
• Additional qualifications in Management are advantageous
• CMM Level 3 or above exposure preferable

Software Developers (Global Delivery Center), Pune, India

As a Software Developer in the Global Delivery Center at Indus Foundry, you will be based out of the Pune, India office. You will work with other members of a project to develop and maintain various software projects undertaken by the Global Services Group.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement and maintain software projects
• Participate in peer code reviews and peer test cycles
• Work with other members of a Project group to develop and share reusable software components

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing, implementing and maintaining various solutions using Microsoft Technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent aptitude to adapt to new technologies and a desire to learn
• Excellent knowledge of .NET, SQL, ADO.NET, C#, XML, XSL, ASP, COM, DCOM, Visual Basic
• Additional qualifications Microsoft Certification
